Wear-resisting pump pipe is the car pump pipe we often say, installed in the pump car boom, through it concrete delivery to a certain height, distance.
There are various materials of wear-resisting pump pipe, the most common of which is 45Mn and 55mn, and the concrete conveying capacity of 45Mn wear-resisting pump pipe is more than 20000 square meters. The effect of 55MN material is better and the price is higher.
The thickness of the wear-resisting pump tube includes 4.5mm and 4.8mm. The wall thickness of 4.5mm is mainly used in the pump trucks below 40m. If your pump truck is over 40m, please choose the wall thickness of 4.8mm.
The wear-resisting pump pipe is welded with alloy steel tube. After high-temperature quenching treatment, a 2.0mm wear-resisting layer is formed on the inner wall of the wear-resisting pump pipe. The hardness of the wear-resisting layer reaches HRC60 and above.

2. Bundle: 10PCS per bundle, 20' container can hold 24 bundles, 40' container can hold 50 bundles
3. Bulk: the 20' container can hold 270 PCS, the 40' container can hold 500PCS
4. Packing in iron frame, 50 PCS per iron frame, fit for quantity less than 100PCS
